How long does setup actually take?

Around 1–2 working days. You point Kahu at your POS, social accounts and Google profile. It reads the last 12 months, asks a few questions to learn your voice, and queues the first week of content for your approval.

What if I already have a website I love?

Keep it. Kahu Reach + CRM work standalone — they'll update your Google Business listing and Instagram bio instead. You can bring Sites in later whenever you're ready.

Will it post things without asking me?

Never. Every post, email and SMS waits for your approval. You can opt in to auto-approval on low-risk surfaces later (such as replying to 5-star reviews) — but only when you choose to.

What data do you store, and where?

Hosted in New Zealand with an Australian mirror. We store only what's needed to run your account — products, customer profiles, campaign history. We don't train shared models on your data. Export or delete everything with one click. Details in our Privacy Policy.

How does billing work?

Monthly or annual, in USD excl. GST/sales tax. Pick your plan after the demo and your account goes live the same day. Cancel any time — we'll export your customer list and all content drafted for you.
