What we do
Kahu Logic puts one AI assistant across the digital work that runs a small or medium business — the website that should always be current, the week of marketing that should go out without you writing it, the customer who hasn’t been in for a while and you forgot to follow up. Cafés, motels, clinics, retailers, restaurants, trades — the operators that keep towns running and rarely have a marketing manager, developer, or CRM specialist on staff.
One change to your prices, your hours, or your menu — and your website, your week’s campaigns, your Google listing, and your customer follow-ups all stay current. Without you doing any of it twice.
Why we built it
Most small-business software was designed for the marketing manager you don’t have. Owners end up running their business by the seat of their pants, paying for tools they barely use, juggling four or five separate apps and three different agencies, and missing the kind of follow-up that big chains automate by default.
The breakthrough of modern AI changes the maths. The smartest person you’ve ever hired is now something you can put in your pocket — one that actually knows your business, in your tone of voice, available around the clock. We started Kahu Logic because the operators we knew — the family that runs a café in Wellington, the couple who own the motel down the coast, the dentist whose front desk is also their accounts department — deserved better than juggling six dashboards. AI should give them back evenings, not just generate more posts.
What’s already live
Three Kahu products are in early access today: Kahu Sites Aware (an AI-managed website), Kahu Reach (a week of marketing drafted in your voice), and Kahu CRM (your customers quietly remembered, with the next nudge ready). Where we’re based
Kahu Logic Limited is registered in New Zealand (NZBN 9429053390776) and built for businesses across Australia and New Zealand. Our infrastructure is hosted in New Zealand with an Australian mirror for redundancy. Pricing is shown in NZD, with AUD billing available for Australian customers.
How we use AI
We use a mix of in-house and third-party AI models to draft websites, write marketing content in your voice, summarise customer conversations, and surface things you should know about your business. We do not train shared models on your data — what belongs to your business stays scoped to your account. The full breakdown is in our Privacy Policy.
