How does the free trial work?
Try any plan free for 7 days. No card required. Your work carries over.
Can Kahu capture enquiries while I am on a job?
Yes. An enquiry from your website’s form lands in your list straight away, tagged with the page it came from, and you get an email about it. Kahu drafts a reply for you to approve when you have a minute. From Growth, the assistant on your website also answers visitors’ questions from your own pages and passes on their details.
Can Kahu build my website and run my ads too?
Yes. Kahu builds your site with you from a design you pick, with a page for each service, and you see a preview in the same session before it goes live. It also drafts Google Search and Facebook and Instagram ads for the work you want more of. Each starts paused until you approve it, and the ad spend is billed to your own Google or Meta account. Your website and ads come with Growth.
How are quote follow-ups prepared and approved?
Track each quote as a deal with its value and stage, and ask Kahu to draft a follow-up when it is time. The draft waits in your approvals for you to change, approve or reject. On Pro you can also set a follow-up email that runs a few days after an enquiry, once you switch it on. The quote itself stays in your job software.
Can I keep using my existing job software?
Yes. Kahu runs beside it: your jobs, quotes, dispatch and invoices stay where they are. Kahu looks after your website, marketing, enquiries and follow-ups, and connects to Xero on Pro. Other connections are in progress and launching soon.
Does KahuLogic do anything without my approval?
Not unless you switch it on. Every post, page, campaign and reply lands in the approvals queue first, and you approve, reject or ask why. Automations and scheduled posts you switch on count as approved in advance, and so do bookings guests make on the booking page you publish, with their confirmation and reminders. Every action is logged with who, what and when.
Which plan do I need?
Starter covers social posting, Creative Studio and chat with Kahu. Growth adds your website, Google and Meta ads, the CRM and the assistant on your website. Pro adds bookings, email campaigns through your Mailchimp account, SMS campaigns in Australia and Xero. Bookings is also an add-on on Starter and Growth. Every price is on the pricing page.
