Nothing goes live without your yes.
Approvals is the human check built into every KahuLogic product. Anything Kahu wants to do on your behalf, from a website publish to an ad budget change or a booking confirmation, waits in one queue with a preview and Kahu's reasoning. You approve, decline or ask why, and every decision is logged.
Waiting for approval
See work that still needs a decision.
A post, a budget change, an SEO fix, a booking: each arrives as a card with what Kahu wants to do, why, and what it will cost. Approve, decline, or ask Kahu to explain.
What waits for approval
Kahu drafts, schedules and prepares. Anything that a customer would see, that spends money or that changes a record waits here first: page publishes, posts, emails, ad budgets, booking confirmations and CRM edits.

What is a marketing approval workflow?
+
A marketing approval workflow is the process of reviewing content, campaigns and changes before they go live, and keeping a record of who approved what and when. In KahuLogic it applies to everything the AI proposes, not only marketing, so a person is always the last step before anything reaches a customer.
What waits for approval in KahuLogic?
+
Anything Kahu wants to ship on your behalf: website publishes, social posts, emails and texts, ad launches and budget changes, SEO and search settings, booking confirmations, WhatsApp replies and CRM changes such as archiving records. You can set rules to auto-approve low-risk items.
Can I undo an approved action?
+
Many, yes. Budget changes, published pages, scheduled posts and CRM edits can be reversed from the Past approvals log. Each entry shows what changed, who approved it, when, and whether it can be reversed. Sent messages cannot be recalled, which is why they wait for approval first.
Who can approve?
+
Owners and admins approve by default. Members use Kahu day to day and can see what is waiting. You can give any team member approval rights for specific products, for example bookings but not ad spend.
Why does an AI assistant need an approval step?
+
Because an AI with real access to your website, ad account and customers can make a real mistake. The approval step keeps a person in charge of what customers see and what money is spent, while Kahu still does the drafting and the legwork. It is the reason owners trust Kahu with access.
How long does approval take?
+
As long as it takes you to read a preview and tap once, usually seconds. Most owners clear the queue in a few minutes a day from their phone. Anything urgent, like a booking request, notifies you immediately.
